Recruiters not reaching out - why?
WSO people & contributors,
Have been in IBD for soon a year and it looks like a lot of PE processes are ongoing Eg Apax Advent CD&R but nobody reaches out to me. Do you have an idea why? When recruiters mention it they say they will put me forward tho so cannot be a problem of profile I guess / not being experienced enough.
I feel like I am struggling to get the initial inbounds on LinkedIn. Any reason why this could be ?
Have a pretty busy Cv with top 3 bulge internships and analyst position at top BB.
