Hi I have a case study soon for a full-time role in Secondaries, the advisor mainly does GP-Led transactions and a few LP-led transactions. I received the following information on the subject and I am curious about what to expect (1 hour case): "mix of LBO and LP-led book exercise - context is than LP is selling 2 assets, and you need to calculate returns and some other metrics".
