Selecting fund

Ending up in a tight last minute situation given COVID and the tardiness of recruiting but as of last wee I been given a summer offer to intern for two funds. One being in VC & the other for a lower market PE fund. Additionally, waiting to hear back from a well known PE group regarding my candidacy which would be the clear favorite and preferred choice.

My dilemma is a factor of what will lead to the best overall experience & result in terms of learning, networking & potential FT offer down the road. The two I’ve been accepted at are waiting on responses and they are relatively small funds but the LM PE group has a larger group so not sure if that could lead to more opportunity.

Do I wait as long as possible for the top pick or do I accept one with the risk of having to bail if I get the other offer?

Location is no factor as they will all be virtual.
