Stuck waiting for formal offer letter for buyside SA?
I accepted a verbal buyside SA offer about 2 weeks back. The background check cleared mid-last week. I emailed HR to follow up on my verbal offer late last week, but got the "on vacation until Labor Day" reply. Still haven't heard anything yet. This is a large firm but they don't have that formal of a hiring process and their HR is known for being a bit disorganized based on other employees I've spoken to. Is this nothing to worry about and I'm just being impatient?
