Thoughts on HIG London - Associate programme
Thoughts on HIG London - Associate programme
The firm has already recruited a part of their class for H2 2024 last week but next batch of interviews coming in July. Does anyone have insights on:
- Culture
- Learning curve for juniors
- Overall comp (heard they allow co-invest, is that interesting vs. lower cash package?)
- Down the line, is HIG a good name to have on your CV? I have a last round interview at a MF but I feel HIG is just a better investor overall and I don't want to miss on the opportunity
Would like to stress that I don't really care about comp/prestige, I am mostly looking for a firm that will give me good fundamentals and a strong learning curve in an environment that values its best people
Cheers
