Hey guys, any insights on Tikehau's Private Equity and Credit teams in London? Culture, reputation, comp, work-life balance...?
Not much clear info on WSO about them.
Heard they pay badly, but can anyone confirm the rest?

Hey! Why? Had a summer first round w them in the London office.
Their CEO is mentally unstable. They have had mass exodus across a few platforms of theirs. Pay is undermarket.
Same do you know if the internship converts?

Pay slightly below street but overall a strong firm. Especially private credit and PE practices

£55k in 2023 is very very below street base
Worked there. Comp is atrocious (base is market, bonus is laughable) and they cheap out on everything (no snacks in the office). Avoid.
