I’m a Jr. Assoc at BB in London, 4yrs of experience, wanting to make a buyside move. Am I too late to the party? Don’t necessarily care for MF moves, but I am getting conscious about making the jump. Any thoughts / experiences on how to best go about it?
No you’re not too late for PE. Network around and you will find a role. People have made moves much later than you
