I am currently in my second year of my analyst program at a bulge bracket IB in London (GS/MS/JPM). My final round of interview for associate position at Apax Partners (London) is due next week.
Anyone has any views on them - in terms of culture, work hours, compensation, management and turnover vs other mega funds? Also any info/views on the sector groups would be very helpful.
