Have heard culture isn’t great from new joiners as well.
I know of one of these guys, heard culture is rough given that he was already in a team that was sweaty so felt pretty burnt out after what he thought would be a more chilled job. They do cool stuff but are quite uptight and ficused on Germany.
Why are MF teams often like that? What are the good culture, less-sweaty places in the UMM/MF space? Do they even exist :)
