What to do with spare year after bachelor?

I'm currently a 2nd-year econ bachelor's student at a semi-target in the Benelux (EU). Now I want to extend my time at Uni here to increase my chances of a Finance Master at targets such as Oxford, LSE, HEC etc.

I could either get an extra Mathematics bachelor's in the extra year, but this will likely drop my average grade of the Econ bachelor though (which is now a 9.3/10, top 1%).

The other option is to follow an extra minor in Math or Computer Science, do a semester abroad, and take on some leadership positions.

Which option would put me in the best position for the Master's applications?
