What have you enjoyed the most about PE?
The title says it all. I am curious as to what you enjoyed the most about PE particularly compared to your time in IB if you came from there.
Would also be curious to know about working in PEs in different geographies if you have worked in different locations (particularly the cultural differences and other dynamics).

There are plenty of roles or companies that try to say working here is like doing an MBA in real life. I think PE is one of the few that covers a wide range of areas (transaction, business building, people management, funds management) where it is closer to the truth.
