What % of PE Associates actually make at least senior VP?
I feel like in banking it's a safe ride from Analyst to Senior VP/Director. Although many people leave after 2-3 years, it's not exactly difficult for someone to grind it to >= mid-level.
How about PE though? Also, I believe most places start giving carry at senior associate or at least VP level?
Sounds like a sweet deal.
