Which of the prominent SMs don't require PE experience?
1st year analyst in banking looking to recruit for HFs. I want to go to a L/S SM with a 3-5 year investment horizon. Ideally want a seat with a proven founder, stability, and good comp. Any funds people could point me too that would hire a banking analyst?

The Children's Investment Fund (probs best in UK/Europe), Holocene, Candlestick, and Woodline are some other names. Think the follow market neutral strategy similar to pods but less restrictive.
