So I've got a lot of prep down thus far through WSP's Real Estate Modeling course. Looking back, I guess doing A. CRE's Accelerator would probably have been better, but I'm not going to start all over again with a full fee course. Having said that, A. CRE has a list of available case studies here as well as a playlist of Watch Me Build case studies on YouTube. I'd like to work from easy to medium to difficult to avoid getting over my skis.
Has anyone who's worked through these have a guide into the difficulty level of each one?
