Saw they had some job posting up and was curious about their reputation within the debt space. Any insight on comp, culture, deal flow, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Really great debt fund. Well reputed
No idea about culture or comp but they lend on some of the largest/ complex transactions and seem to be very active.
We recently closed a financing for a value-add multifamily deal with them. Closing process was straightforward. Also everyone we dealt with other there was pretty sharp and good to work with. Definitely a strong shop in my book.
How do they work? Can you share some intel if you don’t mind. Any creative structure ? What was the asset type you received lending on?
Seemed to work like any typical bridge capital provider. Deal was workforce multifamily, value-add acquisition. They were extremely aggressive and definitely put their best foot forward. Again nothing too out of the norm on this deal. As far as employment, I honestly cant speak to that. I do know they are legit and close some really creative deals as well so I would think the experience would be very good.
Good shop. Closed one of the largest pre-dev/land financings in my market a couple years ago.

I know analyst is $100k all-in as of 2021, not sure about associate
They're very active and usually finance deals others won't. I would bet you'd work on some exciting deals.
I know someone in the Dallas office and I think it is around 100k ballpark for first year analyst after bonus.
Could you give more insight into ACORE's Dallas office ... was thinking about recruiting for them.
