The admin work is killing me. Uploading missing lease files to random external consultants, responding to random one off questions about following investment guidelines and anti corruption documents, uploading random files for approval…. Is there a place where I can literally just do acquisitions and AM and partake in only transaction and property relevant stuff? This shits really annoying to deal with

I hate it as well dude. So annoying. Only way to avoid all that is actually climb up the ladder and at the very least get to middle management and then you will have the juniors who will do the bitch work. You can ask the juniors to do all the work that you find annoying.
