Have interview with them
They are sharp guys. Mainly from Square mile acquisition, not sure how many have stuck around. Long hours, and from what I've heard the pay is good. It's been a while since i've interacted with anyone over there, so not sure what you are referring to on the new developments. If this is for an analyst/associate position you will get some good experience and interesting deal work.
What is the typical deal profile for what they do?

We work with them a lot (I'm an analyst on the DCM side). They're sharp. Very active, especially in the ground-up construction space in the NYC area. Good guys from my experience.
They’re about to take private Veris so seems like active and flushed with capital. Not much insight on culture.
