Seems they're constantly trying to fill acquisitions role, not a good sign, and their capital base seems flighty. BR refers to himself as 'Commercial Real Estate Icon' in his LinkedIn and seems to be heavy on podcast/youtube circuit and education seminars. But this is based on very limited interaction with them, so take with a grain of salt.
