Anybody familiar with the "Project Analyst" position within JP Morgan's CRE group?

Is this is a "strategy" role? What exactly do you do, any insights on pay? I always thought a strategy role at my real estate lending group in the bank was bs, it's usually a middle aged woman who acts like a COO and is basically a highly paid admin and an embodiment of bloat that you often find in banking. I am an associate at a bank with 3 years of experience in cmbs/balance sheet lending, this role appears to be pretty different than what I do now but I am getting a little burned out, will a role like this be career suicide as opposed to another traditional lending position? Really appreciate any feedback, thank you so much.
