My guess 12m/year minimum for the whole team. In addition probably a very large expense account plus >=65% of commissions.
I no nothing about the salary but its prob a long term contract, at least 7 years from what I heard from a similar team when they came over to Newmark years ago and one of the ultimate kickers for them was the expense account. That other team was 1+mil/year
When a power broker / brokers jump to a new shop, how much of the team do they bring? Just the top senior guys or analysts / associates as well?
