Anyone have insight on Link Logistics comp?
There’s no position available and not looking to even make a move but I’ve heard from a friend recently that her coworkers have been getting grinded.
Was curious what comp looks like for associate 1 and analyst 1. Or any o the data points to justify the hours

I believe comp was $105-115k base for the investment analyst role in Orange County, CA back when it was still up.
I have heard on more than one occasion that the hours at Link are not bad at all. As much as their people like to tell you it's "basically Blackstone", it's not. . .
Curious. Who drives the underwriting / investment decisions for industrial deals, Link or BX HQ?
Interviewed with Link and from the interview process Link underwrites their own deals then takes them to BX investment committee once approved internally. IC process sounded like it has capability of an extremely quick turnaround if needed.
