Argus as undergrad?

Curious if anyone in here had experience or certifications in ARGUS prior to graduation, and if it was a differentiator in any capacity for their FT hiring process.I'm considering going for an ARGUS course or something of that nature next semester in my free time but courses cost upwards of $1k and don't know if its worthwhile.

Would love any feedback.

Unfortunately my school doesn't have much of a real estate program so I think its unlikely I'd be able to get any sort of discount or reimbursement.

When you say that it helped, are you saying that more on the technical knowledge side or the differentiation side in recruiting?
