ARGUS Enterprise (other courses offered besides ARGUS themselves?)

I am trying to find places that offer courses for ARGUS Enterprise. I contacted Kahr Real Estate and they told me that they only offer courses to people who are in a corporation or in a university. Since I do not fall under either of those, I am hoping someone can recommend an alternative. ARGUS offers courses for Enterprise but to be honest, the price is ridiculous. I'm hoping to find a cheaper alternative, either an in-person course or online.

I've been told that the industry is shifting over to Enterprise, so it would be wise not to take ARGUS DCF.

My situation: 24 years old, 2 years of IB experience (non-real estate), seeking analyst positions in CRE in NYC. I have already taken a couple real estate financial analysis & modeling courses at NYU. I also have one summer internship at a CRE Debt/Equity Brokerage in NYC.

ANy help/advice is greatly appeciated!

Yeah, sorry bud. I don't think there is anything out there yet. You can watch the webinars on the AE website. My best guess is that nobody can really provide a great class yet because every version of AE (11.0.4 as of 5/26/16) is slightly different so maybe after ARGUS chills out with the updates then people can learn the program well enough to teach it to you. Like I said the webinars can walk you through most of the basics and if you have any further questions feel free to PM me. You're probably fine though.

I've been using AE for about a year and was thinking about taking a couple weekends to put an 8-12 hour training video together and posting a course on Udemy. Anybody willing to pay $300-400 for this? I could put some case study's together and rent out access to my server with AE and some other financial software on hourly/daily basis, but really no idea what that's worth. My company paid about $1,500 for me to go to an Argus DCF and then AE training, but it was such a waste because it was slow covering material and took a whole work day, although it was great to get out of class and at 5 pm sharp and immediately go to happy hour.

Yeah I may chip in for something to that effect - may be willing to help you put together something like this is - pm me if interested
