Argus Question
Hey all, I have a question in Argus. Currently my building is 100% leased to a single tenant. I want to make a scenario where they do not resign and I split their space into smaller space. Ie turn 100k sf into 10, 10k SF suites.
I made a market leasing profile for the large suite and made vacancy 1000 months and it is still making my PV too high.
Should I split the space into different suites in order to create this scenario?
You can have the big space be reabsorbed at expiration and then create new spaces that have an "availability start date" that starts when the big space go vacant with whatever SF you want.
