Argus Valuation Walk Through? URGENT INTERVIEW TOMORROW

I have an interview for a real estate analyst position at a private equity firm tomorrow. The firm is looking for a candidate with Argus experience. I am unsure if it is DCF or Enterprise. I have never used Argus before but would like to say I have some experience or at least am aware of its functions and importance. Is Argus used as a valuation tool just like a DCF analysis in Excel? Can someone walk me through step by step how you would valuate a property using Argus? Why is Argus used instead of Excel? I have tried looking up youtube videos but there is a limited variety.
