Behavioral vs. Technical Interview Questions

I just got invited for an interview this Thursday for an investment sales analyst role at a big brokage shop (i.e. Eastdil/CBRE/JLL/CW). I had a family friend reach out to the head of Capital Markets for my area so I was lucky and got to skip the HR/computer screening part.
My questions is do you think I should be preparing more for the behavioral type questions (i.e. tell me about a time when you overcame a challenging situation) or the CRE/technical questions (i.e. what happens to cap rates if interest rates rise)? I'll be prepping for both but curious if I should put an emphasis on one or the other.
I was original hired as an acquisitions analyst at a regional family office, which only for about a year until everything dried up, at which point I moved to asset management team. So I have some experience but not anything super deep.
I didn't find out about this interview until today, so I feel like I'm scrambling to get prepared. Any help is much appreciated!
