They are legit. They had some serious internal issues earlier this year, but they have since been resolved after one of the top guys that was causing the chaos was let go. Since then the culture and internal environment has become a lot better. Comparato who is the head of the group was brought over from Ladder to lead the real estate lending arm. He was one the top originators there and is a deal maker. Not sure about what the analyst life is like there right now, though I know they have a lot and there is a good amount of turnover.
