Best CRM in CRE

Hi All,

Was wondering if you have any thoughts on the most practical CRM platform for private equity groups, particularly for managing investor and deal-related workflows.

Ideally, I'm for a CRM that can do more than just store contacts. It would be helpful if the system could associate multiple LPs, prospects, intermediaries, and other relevant parties with a specific deal or opportunity, so that we can clearly track who is connected to each transaction and where each relationship stands. Probably doesn't exist lol.

I at least want the CRM to track email outreach and correspondence automatically, or at least integrate well with Outlook/Gmail, so that we can maintain a clean record of investor communications without a lot of manual input. Ideally, it would help us track follow-ups, meeting notes, investor interest, next steps, and broader relationship history across the team.

Would be curious to hear what platforms you have seen work well for PE firms, especially those that need to manage both investor relationships and deal-specific outreach.
