Best RE Development Modeling Course
Hi all,
I'm currently a broker doing mainly residential sales and slowly transitioning to the commercial side. Long term I want to make the move to development and wanted to start gaining a better skill set. I was curious if anyone had any recommendations on an Excel modeling course? Thank you in advance!

I know ULI has a course but I haven’t taken it so I can’t speak to it. NAIOP may as well.

I think if you can get the materials from the Columbia MRED program, that might really be a good resources as well.
Just find yourself a buddy that is in the program, and get their materials. =)
