Based on the title alone, this would be the team that secures financing for blackstones debt deals (eg A-notes, Loan-on-loan financings, large facilities, etc)
Not really an investment role in my opinion. Would be able to tell you more if you posted the actual job description - title could mean anything
w/o looking at the job description, sounds like it's the team that finds financing for the BX equity side or BREDS. E.g. BX is acquiring a property portfolio. it's that team's role to line up debt financing for the acquisition
