Canadian CRE Interview Cases

Over COVID, I had the opportunity to interview with a lot of debt lending shops. Seems like take home cases are pretty standard in debt lending. Can anyone speak to other areas of RE in Canada and would you all be down to consolidate a folder of cases for other monkeys?

I haven't been on a job hunt in years, but in my experience it's pretty standard on the acquisitions/development side. They vary by shop - some just do a quick 2-3 hour in-person modeling exam, others do take home cases (ranging from over the weekend to a week long) where you're expected to build a full/detailed model and either an IC memo or deck and present.

There are definitely quite a few places that don't do any sort of case study and stick to behaviourals and maybe a simple excel proficiency test as well though.
