Canadian Pension fund (CPPIB, OMERS, OTPP) comp and culture

Hi there - I have my last round of interview coming up and it’s with HR and I am expecting there to be a comp discussion. Don’t want to disclose the exact place but it’s the high yield CRE lending group in one of the 3 places (CPPIB, OMERS, OTPP) in their NY office.

Wondering if you guys would have info on the culture/comp at the AD/D level?

Thank you!

I know less of the RE comp and more on the HF/AM side. From what I’ve seen (from friends who work there), comp is good (adjusted for work life balance) at the pretty senior levels (MD) and ok/under market below that (still ok, but large gap between the senior levels and mid levels). Not sure how much that is still the case (and whether RE is similar).
