Capital Partners in New Supply

Currently going through the process in reviewing new supply and estimated lease up period for each asset in the submarket of a potential new acquisition. I have only used Costar, which displays the Developer name, and at times shows their capital/equity partner(s). Has anyone else found a better resource in finding capital partners?

A lot of times the capital partners don't want their names made public for fear that every joe schmoe off the street will try calling them up to pitch their shitty deal. However, the top IS broker team in any given market will have a good beat on capital partners on newer deals. You could try reaching out but some can be tight lipped on stuff like that. Question: why do you need the names of LPs when your just reviewing supply pipeline and lease-up data?
