Career Progression as an Office Broker in Todays Market

Over the past few years, the office market has undergone significant changes, resulting in a substantial decline for office brokers. What was once a prominent asset class is now more like a ghost town, with office vacancy rates skyrocketing and no end in sight. While this trend may be more or less pronounced depending on the market, it has caused me to hesitate about considering a career as an office broker, despite my active pursuit of new opportunities.

In light of these challenges, I would appreciate your opinion on whether there is still potential for growth in this asset class. Additionally, if I were to receive an offer to join an office brokerage team, what factors do you believe would be most important for me to consider?
