Thoughts on HOOPP Pension Fund Canada
I've seen a few recent job posts by HOOPP's real estate team and am interested if anyone has knowledge about their team? They look to be hiring quite a bit.

Not quite as good as BBDOOOP but solid fund I’d say overall
Good point bro, PIPOOBA is another good comp for HHOOP and BBDOOP. All have good JV platforms
Their PE team has quite a few ex-BBs so it's probably solid.
Haven't worked with them, but their head of RE is brilliant and well viewed throughout the country.
My one hesitancy would be the amount of job postings from them over the past year or two, it seems like they're constantly hiring at the analyst/senior analyst level. I have no idea if its due to turnover or constantly growing the team (that would be a LOT of analysts though), but if its the former then could be a culture issue.
