I'm currently working on a project where the SS would buy back a loan within CMBS 2.0 - as opposed to legacy deals where requirements were a lot less strict. I've combed thru 200+ pages of the PSA and think I have an answer. Any B-Piece players that have successfully bought a loan in SS out of the trust at foreclosure?

I play in this space exactly, but I'm not entirely sure what you're asking. Are you saying you intend to acquire a defaulted 2.0 loan from the SS? Or you just want to bid at local foreclosure auction?
