Commercial Investment Search by Risk Profile

Hey Everyone,

I am searching for investments in commercial real estate in NYC, in the office sector. I am building my personal risk profile so I can use it to search and filter properties based on the risk type and risk level they hold.

Any thoughts on the how effective this particular approach is? Any recommendations for products/apps/services that could help streamline the process?
