Community Development Banking Salary
Trying to get a gauge on the correct salary range for an experienced (~4 year) associate within the community develop banking realm under a BB. The role will be around evaluating affordable housing equity investments including the pricing/structuring of it. Should I use commercial banking and CRE roles as comparables? Would like to know thoughts of anyone in the industry about the comp in this field and the progression of that or how I should properly value this role. Thanks!
