I am working for a CRE appraisal boutique shop covering all New York. Wanted to learn more how much other appraisers in New York make ( whether it is a fee split or a fixed salary) and how much you bill per year. I am trying to see whether or not I am being underpaid. I bill 300k a year and make 60k fixed salary no bonus. Thanks.
