Crédit Suisse Iconic Canary Wharf Office. An opportunistic RE asset?
Interesting but dreadful times ahead. Now as the merger is inevitable, what do you think will happen to CS's Canary Wharf offices? I personally always found CS old dated architecture better than tall glass buildings like Citi, HSBC etc. Such a shame that the whole office will have to be completely remodelled to be a better fit for the future tenants. Interested to know how much cap rate would be assigned to this building?
Love the location, love the building. Would be really sad to have to move to soulless midtown
If CSFB somehow gets a life, you might move to an office opposite of Blackstone in Berkeley square. Hopefully that will compensate for it.
Anyways, will miss cigarettes outside One Cabot Square tho.

I always found their office to be really ugly.
