Current state of Manhattan RE

Where is everyone looking for deals these days? From my point of view, I am seeing value in the affordable luxury market as well as value-add MF stuff in the least desirable neighborhoods of Manhattan. Can anyone comment on their recent NYC acquisitions activity?

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. What I mean is from the 1000 deals I've seen these asset classes are the only two that have had any type of normal returns.
