Debate this Hot Take: Newmark has surpassed Cushman in the brokerage rankings behind CB, JLL, and Eastdil (Sales and Debt). Obviously this is market by market (Spies and Harmon kill it), but overall this is what i'm seeing.

These rankings are completely meaningless and warrant no debate at all. There are markets i would never work with Cushman, and there are markets i would never work with Newmark.
Okay, so my firm has engaged both Cushman and NKF as well as those others listed....
I don't think anyone cares about rankings or anything beyond the confidence to deliver the best result. That is very driven by the individual team. I think national rep of all of them is just fine.
