Debt vs Equity Placement
Fellow Monkeys,
I have a informal meeting with a group that specializes in debt and equity placement for a large national firm. I currently work in investment sales and work closely with a debt broker to fund deals but I have limited experience in placing equity in deals (which the other firm excels at).
For those of you that place equity into deals (agent) what is the biggest difference from placing debt? Are there any key considerations that I should be aware of before meeting these people?
