Development Analyst Side Hustle Opportunity

I work at a national MF developer (Hines/Trammell Crow/Greystar/etc) and am building a consulting business strictly focused on mid-market multifamily development.

I’m looking for fellow development analysts at name-brand companies who would be interested in underwriting deals on nights and weekends.

Some highlights:

-You’ll receive a percentage of revenue per project and in some cases, will receive points/upside in client deals. Equity in the business is also on the table.

-Access to a team of interns and VA at your disposal.

-Regular communication/relationship-building with other developers, HNW investors, family offices.

-Ability to take on projects as schedule allows and to decline those that might conflict with W2.

Goal is to build a network of entrepreneurial, early-career developers with the plan of sponsoring our own deals in the near future.

Please PM if interested. Everything will remain confidential.

Also open to interns without direct development experience but have strong underwriting/modeling skills.
