Development / Family Office Comp

There has been so much info on REPE's I wanted to ask WSO users on their experience working for family offices, who are essentially the GP in mostly ground up developments, with some value add and covered-land deals. We have a pipeline of $3B in development slated for the next couple of years, I've already worked on close if not over $1B of real estate here. My job primarily is supporting the development team, finance team and I am play a big part in the debt financing of the firm, construction and perm. I have 6 years experience in CRE, with more years in other areas, but that is the experience I would expect to count for salary and bonus. I'm in NYC.

Would anyone be able to give me some comps, either theirs or from a friend on what someone in this position should be pulling down. I currently work a lot of hours around 60 on average(with several weeks working close to 80.

Any help would be appreciated
