Interviewed for them back in '23. Recruiter screen, 2 rounds with the fund head and didn't go past due to comp. They also had weird titles for IM folks as well.
The internal recruiter reached out last week but went on pto before we could schedule
Was their a modeling test, what was comp like this would be for NYC?
I think it was around low 200s all-in for around 4-6 years of exp, I asked for higher and this was for non-NYC MSA.
Didn't go past those rounds for them, but was in the final rounds for a dev job for a competitor, and the modeling test was fairly straightforward, backing into a land value based on costs/return requirements/leasing cash flows. I'd imagine it being very similar for the acq roles.
Would familiarize yourself with the typical leasing structures (NNN, FSG, MG) but otherwise really similar to normal commercial leases outside of power.
