Dissertation on the branded residences market requiring input.

Hey all, thanks in advance for your input!

Im an undergrad studying in the UK heading into my last year of a real estate degree (joint accredited by RICS and RTPI for those that are familiar). I am still unsure but being drawn toward residential in regards to my career so thought Id choose a topic that may be of use to me.

What my dissertation will look at is the emergence of the branded residences market ie. luxury residential units serviced by hotel operators and/or residential developments tied with a (luxury) fashion brand, an assessment of the market, scope for growth in London and "mature european markets". And the future of branded real estate (is it universally attractive, mid-market accom?) as in for example - Zara apartments in 50 years time.

This is still vague at this point but definitely will focus on London, performance of the market and its scope for the future.

Im very grateful to anyone who has an opinion on the dissertation subject and the concept of branding residential. Anybody enjoyed any exposure to these sort of developments?
