Does forming a Delaware LLC for management company help?

Have a portfolio of some small retail strip centers. Forming a management company as the sponsor we will collect an annual fee. Properties are split among 4 different states. My question is where should we incorporate the management company llc? Does a Delaware llc have any benefits for RE management companies or should we just incorporate in one of the states we have existing property? What are you seeing for your management companies?
