DSF D/E Capital Markets at CBRE/Cushman/JLL

Does anyone have a rough idea of what the total comp looks like for someone coming in as a first year analyst?

I just got an offer at a mid-market investment bank and I am looking at 130-160 all in. For their valuations team though.

I also locked in an offer at CBRE for their debt and structured finance team but on Glassdoor I see the average is like 70k base.. (PHX market)

I think I like the nature of the work at CBRE more than the bank but the bank might offer some good exit opps.

If anyone has insights on what the average looks like for Analyst year 1/2/3 and then moving into a VP role it would be really helpful.

Any information helps

No 100% sure of the comp but 75-85k base sounds like the range you'll be in but very bonus heavy. In terms of exit ops, any large brokerage like CBRE will set you up for essentially any real estate job out there, so both IB and brokerage are solid choices. Depends on whether you want to stay in CRE or not.

I would agree with this and also add that the CBRE DSF team in Phoenix is pretty strong. You would see good deal flow and be exposed to a variety of different types of deals. I know nothing about IB other than, just like DSF, your experience will be highly team dependent.
