Expected comp for a new grad in investment sales/capital markets
I am looking for some data at the big brokerages, such as Cushman, CBRE, Marcus, etc
How much would a new grad make as an IS or capital markets analyst? (From my understanding they are pretty much the same thing) What would base be?
Also factor in COL if possible, because I am looking at tier 2/3 cities, not NYC, etc
